Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $65.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours.
