Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim has been processed.
